Before visiting us, you can access Google Maps and view Sulcis Iglesiente location moving the orange man marker on the map and display specific photos from Picasa or Panoramio (in Google Maps there is a new feature called “More…” located beside the satellite, map and terrain buttons. After clicking over “More…” you can check the option “Photos” to see Panoramio images displayed over the map in a cool interface).
By Car – From Cagliari
1) Take SS 130 to Iglesias
2) Continue till the end of the 4-lanes highway
3) Take SS126 (2-lanes road) to S. Antioco
4) After 13 Km turn left at Via Pozzo Castoldi, Bacu Abis
5) At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Via Santa Barbara
6) Go over Largo Santa Barbara
7) Turn left at Via Sandro Pertini
8) Turn left at Via Alessandria.

By Plane
Cagliari-Elmas is the closest airport. In Sardinia there are other two airports: Alghero-Fertilia airport and Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport. Low cost flights land north and south in Sardinia (the main air-companies are Ryanair, TuiFly ed Easyjet).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
1) Walk to Cagliari railway station (it is close to the port).
2) Catch the train to Iglesias.
3) Once you get to Iglesias town, look for ARST Buses (direction: Bacu Abis; leaving from Iglesias and Carbonia and other towns in Sulcis Iglesiente district).
